PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: Address: 103 Acadiana Mall Circle Lafayette, LA 70503 -When you arrive, you should be at “My Salon Suites” in front of the Acadiana mall. -WALK THROUGH THE DOUBLE DOORS and there will be a SILVER call box on the right of the glass door, IN THE LOBBY. DO NOT USE THE CALL BOX OUTSIDE. -Dial 201 and click the green call button. This will call my suite and I will come get you and let you in! •Please arrive with no makeup. •Please do not bring any extra guests to your appointment PAYMENTS: •A deposit is required to hold your appointment. You will get a link to pay the deposit through my booking site if I book the appointment for you. •You must enter in your card information in order to secure your appointment. •Deposits are non-refundable. If I am to cancel, the deposit will be refunded in that case. •Remaining balance is due in cash or can be paid through the debit/credit card on file. •No, I do not accept Venmo, cashapp, zelle or PayPal for payment. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: •Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before your appointment. •Appointments canceled within 24 hours or after will result in being charged 50% of the service. •Same day cancellations must pay 75% of the service. •If you cancel/reschedule the same day of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. -No call/No shows will be charged 90% of the service. -If you reschedule an appointment a new deposit is required. You are ultimately forfeiting your deposit for the scheduled appointment. LATE POLICY: •You have a 10 minute grace period to arrive if you are running late. Please communicate with me. •A $20 late fee will be applied. •After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 90% of the service to the card on file. If your card declines, you will be banned from booking with me again. •I ask that you please be respectful of my time, business and others. Thank you! •Please note that full sets can between 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours. Quality work does take time.
